February Chunky Blanket Workshop

Experienced instructor Carrie Shook of Modest Twine will teach you everything you need to know to make a super cozy, chunky blanket!

In this class you’ll learn the art of hand knitting with soft, chunky yarn as you make cozy blanket in your choice of size and color. No knitting experience necessary. This is a great class for adults, as well as children ages 6+ (an adult must be present to accompany all children, as they will need help with certain steps throughout the process). 

Everything is provided for this class, including materials for you to make a hand-knit blanket to take home. Please select your yarn color and blanket size from the drop down selection.

Please note:
Class time for the Throw size blanket (~50″ x 60″) is approximately 3 hours. (Throw size is shown in the listing images)
Class time for the Lapghan (~36″ x 48″) and Lovey (~30″ x 40″) size blanket is approximately 1.5-2 hours.

You’ll get to follow along with easy, step-by-step instructions for this class – no experience is necessary. If you can tie your shoes, you can make a blanket!

This is a BYOB event. Feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite wine or bubbly and a snack.

Due to limited stock, only 4 blankets are available per color. If your first choice shows “sold out,” please select a different color yarn from the drop down menu.

Description

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket. We’re able to transfer your registration or issue class credit as long as we receive at least 72 hours of notice. If you’re within 72 hours of the class taking place, we’re unable to make any transfers or changes because the materials have been purchased and the teacher is paid based on final registration numbers.

However, if the project is NOT of a personalized nature (name signs, etc.) class registration is always transferrable! Just shoot us a quick email and let us know the name of the person taking your place so we can swap it out on our roster.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, or unexpected circumstances. However, if your event is cancelled or postponed on our end, you will be eligible for a refund, or we can transfer you to a different class.

Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the instructor. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.
