Return / Exchange Policy
We understand buying online can be tricky! Therefore, when ordering from us we will be happy to offer one (1) exchange per item if you need a different size. Please note customer will be responsible for return and new shipping costs for the exchange. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns due to the nature of our constantly changing inventory.
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Custom or Personalized items
- Event-specific orders including but not limited to
- Bachelorette Party Items
- “Squad” tees, tanks, and sweatshirts
- Wedding and Bride Items
- Birthday Shirts
- Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 20% off or more
- Jewelry
- Body/Aromatherapy Items (Candles, Bath Bombs, Etc.)
- Phone Cases
- Pillows
- Art Prints and Cards
- Hair Accessories
All items must be exchanged within 10 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
* Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. *
Please include your order number in your return package and the first and last name used to purchase the item. If you do not have your order number, email hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ORDER BACK TO US, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
Once the exchange is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We will then email instructions on how to proceed.
LOST PACKAGES
USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to Priority shipping at check out. Punch Drunk Designs is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit and will not offer a refund. Please email hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.
