Frequently Asked Questions
Most small orders (1-3 items) will ship out within 3 business day and group party orders will ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering because we don’t just grab these items off a shelf & stuff them into a bag… we make most of them just for you! Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow extra time during Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by the postal service, or service interruptions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. Click on the tracking number to locate the whereabouts of your order. Please note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service. Once an item has been marked shipped we are unable to cancel your order. Additionally, if an item has been marked ‘delivered’ by USPS but you have not received it, please allow a couple of days for the package to show up. In rare cases it can get marked delivered too soon.
Yes, we ship outside the US! Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited. Please note some APO/FPO locations may take an extended about of time for delivery due to customs. We are not responsible for any additional costs of shipping for out of the country orders. Any packages that are denied & sent back will be charged an additional fee to send your order back again.
We offer $7 flat-rate shipping for all orders within the USA, and orders totaling $150 or more ship free! All items are shipped via First Class USPS. If you need your item rushed to you, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20, shipping First Class International.
If your “need by” date is within two weeks of purchase, please contact us at hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your timeline.
Please note the only way to guarantee a delivery date on your order is by upgrading your shipping to Priority Express.
Otherwise, while we try our best to accommodate rush orders, please know that with the exception of USPS Priority Express, we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of third party mail carriers {USPS, UPS, etc.}, nor can we be held responsible for delays by third party mail carriers. We can only guarantee the date that the item will be sent to post; once the item is in possession of the postal service, it is no longer in our control. We will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.
If the customer pays to upgrade shipping and the item does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date, we will happily refund the upgraded shipping costs but cannot provide refunds for items shipped on schedule.
Sometimes due to circumstances out of our hands we are waiting on either certain stock or a certain style to arrive from a 3rd party. In this case unless stated otherwise, your item will ship when it comes in.
For your convenience, we have included sizing charts in all listing photos. Please take care to compare the measurements in the chart with your favorite similar style shirt. All t-shirts are a unisex cut.
None of our tees from the Mom Life Collection marked ‘maternity’ are maternity-styled tees with the rouching on the sides. Please refer to the size chart for all sizing inquiries.
Because we make everything to order, we do not process refunds. However it is important for us that you are comfortable in your choices. 1 exchange per item can be arranged if item is sent back in an unused and unworn condition with tags still attached within 10 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are not applicable on sale, final clearance, sensitive items, jewelry, giveaways, personalized, or custom orders. Exchanges are only applicable for orders placed in the United States. Please note that custom and/or party orders (including squad shirts, birthday party, wedding, bachelorette and bridal party, and/or all personalized items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Yes, we LOVE doing wholesale! Currently we are changing the way we do wholesale to make it easier and allow you to have all the options available. In the meantime, while we are getting that set up please email us at hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com for the price set list. Wholesale orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to get out but allow extra time for peak seasons such as Christmas.
Yes! There is a minimum order of 5 shirts per custom design. We can only do black & white ink & contrasted designs on the shirts. During some times of the year we are unable to do custom orders due to the high volume of our regular orders. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the design, so please email hello@punchdrunkdesignco.com if you want to inquire about a custom order!
