Description
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket. We’re able to transfer your registration or issue class credit as long as we receive at least 72 hours of notice. If you’re within 72 hours of the class taking place, we’re unable to make any transfers or changes because the materials have been purchased and the teacher is paid based on final registration numbers.
However, if the project is NOT of a personalized nature (name signs, etc.) class registration is always transferable! Just shoot us a quick email and let us know the name of the person taking your place so we can swap it out on our roster.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, or unexpected circumstances. However, if your event is cancelled or postponed on our end, you will be eligible for a refund, or we can transfer you to a different class.
Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the instructor. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.
